2008-2009 Mail-in Registration Forms Have Been Mailed Print

Mail-in registration packets were mailed on Friday, July 11th to families of students who were enrolled last school year. Please allow a few days for the packets to arrive. Additional information such as supply lists and blank forms can be accessed on the Registration Information page.

Items included to return are; Permanent records information sheets (emergency information, parent demographics, and permission sheets), health information update sheets, students Internet user agreement forms, integrated pest management waiver, and fee payment worksheet.

Free and reduced application forms are included in the mail-in registration packet but should not be returned with the other forms as there will be a free and reduced application approval day on Monday, August 11 from 8:00am-7:00pm in the Conference room at the Administration Building at 404 West Main Street.

The deadline for returning the registration forms is July 25, 2008. Packets can be dropped off at the Administration Building (404 W. Main St, 8AM - 4PM) or returned by mail. We ask that you check postage if returning by mail.
