Demon Mania Program PDF Print E-mail

CBI Bank & Trust recently presented two checks to Washington High School in conjunction with the Demon Mania Program: $325 earned by the baseball and softball teams this past summer, and $1,325 earned by the varsity football team this fall. Demon Mania links the performance of five varsity sports teams (football, girls basketball, boys basketball, baseball, and softball) with a series of donations from the bank to the school. The funds are then used at the sole discretion of WHS to help pay for special, unbudgeted needs. A total of $4,420 has been donated since the program got underway during the 2014-15 academic year. On hand for the check presentation on January 26th were Melissa Myers, Washington Banking Center Manager for CBI Bank & Trust, and head coaches Garrison Carter (football), Nathan Miller (baseball), and Angie Shrader (softball). Also in attendance was Washington Activities Director Bryce Smeins.
